Guys and Dolls

Director: John F. Jones
Musical Director: David Howles
Choreographer: Cheryl Skidmore

Venue: The Rose Theatre, Kidderminster

Damon Runyan’s characters are the basis of Frank Loesser’s “Guys and Dolls”. As Sarah Brown, the missionary doll, Laura Broad sang her part well. She was partnered by Julian Richards, who gave a polished relaxed performance. The¬†performance¬†of the evening came from Jill Parmenter, who gave a sparkling performance as Miss Adelaide who, with her lovely Hat Box Girls, provided many of the highlights of the show. All the other minor principal roles were well cast.
